I watched a video by Ann Sieg (www.annsieg.com) recently on blogging for prospects.  That phrase makes me laugh … it sounds like “bobbing for prospects”.  Anyway, she lit upon a contest she ran on her blog that I thought was a really cool idea.  She asked people to submit their success stories outlining the success they had obtained from using her “Renegade Network Marketer” …

system.  Ann hand picked the winner herself (although she had to have help in reading all of the submissions because of the overwhelming response).  I thought this was a great way not only to promote and generate interest in your marketing system, but also to generate great testimonials.

Do you have any similar stories or ideas on creative blogging?   Leave you comments below.  As usual, I look forward to reading your response.

  1. It was an awesome way to build interest kudos to Ann!. As far as creative ideas on blogging goes, this one Idea I stumbled upon about 3 months ago. Now it began with a problem, i had too many followers in twitter, friends in facebook, and same with linked in to keep up with, I began solving this problem by buying a journal and writing names down that I found their profile had something in similar interests to mine or messaged me or added me re tweeted me… the list goes on, now the business I’m in is a relationship based business so theirs no point in having 5000 “friends” in facebook not having a relationship built with most of them…. In the end i found a really neat tool called tweetdeck (now for all of you going “that’s it?? I could’ve told you that!” I just recently found out through a friend that such a freaking cool tool existed!) you can make groups where you can keep constant track of all your main social media accounts and make groups for those who re tweet you and people who you have to get back to and so on. Know I cant imagine doing my business without this tool ever again! hope you guys found this helpful :)
