About a year ago, I was 13 years into my career in a leadership role that I truly believed I would hold until retirement.  I loved my job, I loved being a respected leader and I loved working with the amazing people on my team.  What I didn’t love was the politics, back stabbing and games being played out in upper management.

So, when I was permanently laid off, due to downsizing and restructuring, I saw it as a blessing.  I came out of that position as a much stronger, confident person than I was when I started the job.  It has given me leadership skills, computer skills, experience, the ability to inspire and build confidence in others, and an unshakable confidence.  For that, I am truly THANKFUL.

I have always had a love of learning and personal development.  I currently have three college diplomas and who knows how many more I’ll get in the future.  The first one is a Travel & Tourism Diploma (with honours).  I worked for about five years on cruise ships in the Caribbean and spent a year in Cozumel, Mexico as a destination rep.  When I had my son, I went back to school and got my diploma in Law & Security (with honours) and had a career as a Security and Fire Supervisor at a major industrial site for 13 years.  After I was laid off last year, I got my Computer Programming Diploma (with highest honours) online in four months.

I’ve been studying self-improvement techniques and philosophies for years.  I focus on the positives in life and I live with an attitude of gratitude.  I am passionate about inspiring others to achieve their best and I am passionate about helping others to succeed.  I truly believe success is a process of continuous learning to become your best.

I was drawn to network marketing when I was introduced to a product that changed my life.  I started studying network marketing, success, social media and personal development.  I spent a great deal of time trying to figure out what all of the masters of the online marketing industry were doing that separated them from the masses of people that don’t succeed.

A Large Percentage of People Who Start An Online Business, Don’t Succeed Because They Sign Up or Buy Into An Online Business and Then They Aren’t Shown the Effective Steps to Take From There to Get Their Business Off the Ground.

If you are in Network Marketing, this may sound familiar:  You hear from your prospective sponsor regularly and are promised support, training, and anything you need to help you succeed.  But, once you sign up, it’s not long before you realize that the support just isn’t there.  It’s not your sponsor’s fault.  They are just duplicating what they’ve been taught.

I have been blessed to not only find a team that follows through on that promise of support, training, motivation, encouragement, tools, resources, etc., but they go above and beyond anything I’ve experienced in this industry.  You would think that would be enough, but the company also offers support unlike any I’ve seen in the Network Marketing industry.

They provide you with the step by step, easy to follow system.  All you have to do is follow it precisely and you are guaranteed to succeed.  If all companies and distributors had such a simple, easy to follow system and this level of support from the corporate and distributor sides, the success rates in network marketing would soar!

My goal is to share the knowledge that I am learning in my Network Marketing business and offer this kind of support and motivation so that you can succeed in your particular business.

Our struggles and lows in life, build our strength and give us the desire and determination to succeed.

I’ve struggled with my own health for almost 20 years.  I was involved in a relatively minor car accident in 1993 that left me with chronic low back pain.  In the past five years, I’ve had three major surgeries on my lower back.

I’ve tried exercise, relaxation, injections of steroids into my spine … nothing seems to help the pain. For years, I spent most of my time curled up in agony and not being productive at all.

I experienced financial problems from all of the time that I was off work that literally led me to losing my house and filing bankruptcy.  But, like I said, I live my life in gratitude and had it not been for the lows that I have experienced over the past 6 years, I wouldn’t be the person that I am today.

In studying the masters, I realized that a lot of them started from a similar experience of debt and despair.  I believe it is these kind of experiences that can drive you to success.

My health took a major turn for the better when I was introduced to the product that led me to online marketing. Now I have the energy, the desire, and the determination to inspire others with my story.  I’m excited to be participating in life again!!! And I am excited to help others achieve the levels of success that they have within them.

My greatest inspiration comes from a teenager.

My other passion in life, and the person who most inspires me, is my son.  He is only 19, but he has been living his life with passion from a very early age.  He LOVES horses, training, riding, showing and even mucking out stalls.  Everything he has done in life drives him closer to his goals.

He has had his vision since he was a child – he always knew exactly what he wanted to do with his life and he is living his dream.  Everything he needs seems to fall in his lap.  Why?  Because he lives his passion, he has a vision and a plan and he follows through with the right actions.  Here is the law of attraction working with someone who has never studied it.  It is almost as if he were born with the ‘knowledge’.

I was floored the other day when he posted on his Facebook status, “Surrounding myself with good people is the key to a happy life.”  How does a 19 year old know philosophies that originated in Napoleon Hill’s 1937 book, “Think and Grow Rich”?  Now you see why he inspires me so much.

And that’s what I hope to do for you – inspire you to be your best and show you that you have within you what it takes to make your life desires come true.
